For some clients, that means simply handing over their social media and knowing it’s taken care of every month. For others, we become much more involved across their marketing, from email campaigns and content to website updates, launches and creative projects.

And for the businesses who want the full Sidekick experience, we get properly under the skin of what you do. We become the extra brain in the business, spotting opportunities, helping you make things happen and being there for the things that weren’t neatly written into a plan at the beginning of the month.

What’s included
This is our focused social media package, so we’ll agree exactly what we're taking responsibility for and manage it for you throughout the month.
Depending on your business and the platforms we're working on, your package can include:

- Scheduling and posting
- A simple approval process so you always know what’s going out

This level of support is designed to be planned rather than highly reactive. We’ll dip in and out throughout the month to keep everything moving, but we're focused specifically on managing your agreed social media output rather than wider marketing or business support.

When you need more than social media.
Ongoing support across your wider marketing, with the flexibility to move between social media, email marketing, campaigns, website updates and creative projects as your priorities change.
You get another pair of hands and another brain helping keep your marketing moving.
What’s included
This is where we step beyond managing one social media workload and become part of your wider marketing.
Your priorities can change from month to month, so rather than giving you a rigid list of deliverables, we'll agree where our support is going to have the biggest impact.

This is our highest level of support and the closest we get to becoming an extension of your internal team.
We'll get to know your business properly, not just your content calendar. That means understanding what you're trying to achieve, what's happening behind the scenes, where you're getting stuck and where there might be opportunities we can help you act on.
